I printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Embossed card and attached to a White 8x8 Card Blank. The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I used the Matching Insert inside, added a White Bow and Gem and a Greeting Tag.
