The White Feather Hat Card Front KitCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheets on to lightweight card. I cut out the topper and decoupage. I matted an 8x8 inch scalloped card with embossed pink paper, then mounted the topper on using DST. The decoupage was added using 1mm foam pads.

To embellish the design I added a white feather to the hat, some gold glitter around the roses and finally a white ribbon.

Such a classy design!
