I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto blue card then mounted it onto white card stock and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I used border peel-offs and corners then added a bow and little pearls...Absolutely stunning Julie.
