I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a white base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the design I added a bow with a little rose and some little gems to the corners...this is a beautiful elegant design.
