I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting card and mounted it onto a white base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added a bow...this is a gorgeous design.
I printed the sheets on to 160gsm card and cut out all the elements. I matted and layered the topper on to sheet of vintage style paper with semi-circles of doilies on opposing corners and mounted it on an 8x8 inch card using DST.
I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads. Such a classy design makes a gorgeous card!
