5 page 7x7 wine themed topper, decoupage, blank insert, text insert, matching paper and 9 mixed tiles. Text on the topper reads: When you hear that wine cork pop.

Mounted onto white card and decoupaged with foam pads, I covered over the wine cork wording and added Champagne cork, I was then able to use my miniature Champagne bottle, I added little sequin flowers, glossy accent to eyes and lips, false eyelashes, dangly diamond earring and a co-ordinating bow, added the matching insert.
I have made this for my friend who loves Champagne.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto cream card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads purchased from cup
After printing out onto 240 gram card ,i mounted on coloured card ,decoupaged with sticky pads ,then added small gems.
