I printed the decoupage option from this mini set, onto 120gsm paper. I used dst to stick the insert inside. I mounted the base layer onto beige card and mounted this onto an 8x8 card using dst.

I built up the layers using 1mm foam pads and finished it off with yellow/gold pearl gems.
