I printed out the card front and back on glossy photo paper, and the inside back, and insert on paper, I then cut out all the pieces, I scored and folded the tab on the card front and using DST I stuck this onto the wrong side of the insert back, I added the front insert to the wrong side of the card front.

I stuck the back panel to the card to cover the tab. Finally using 2mm sticky foam pads I added the decoupage pieces to the front, matching the picture as I went along to make this stunning card.
