Cheeky Valentine 3Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiment. Placed todpper and insert onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage and sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.

Finished off with some glitter on the spots on the heart and some sticker hearts on the three dots.
