I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added pearl hearts and a sentiment. A truly gorgeous design.

Using my graphics programme I altered the greeting on the top layer of decoupage then printed onto glossy photo card.
I mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
I added a row of tiny pink gems around the centre panel then finished with the matching insert.
