I printed onto 250 gram smooth card and cut scored and folded the card base. I printed out the topper twice to decoupage an inner layer. On the inner layer of the 2 front hearts I added folded strips of acetate to make the inner hearts spring out and wobble.

This looks really effective and makes this pop out card just pop out a little more
