Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a White scallop edge card. Using foam pads I attached the decoupage and added sentiment to top corner. I put some crystal glitter in the middle of flowers.

I punched a hole in the middle of the Gift tag, and threaded a pink ribbon through and tied at the top.

A wonderful Design with options for sentiment.
