Polka Dots Valentine RetroCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached the main Element to a White scalloped edge card. I used Foam Pads to add Decoupage. I stuck tiny crystal gems on one aspect of card.

I then stuck a small pearl on the earing, and middle of the Bow. I then used DST to attach the Insert and one Decoupage Glass on insert. A wonderful design, and makes into a great card.
