Valentine Rose Mini KitCompleted by Monika Hall

Printed out on super smooth decoupage paper, and layered using foam pads. I sprayed the top image with crafters companion 'Spray & Shine' to give a shiny finish.

I placed a few gems to decorate and used a quickie glue pen to go over the text and sprinkled with ultra fine glitter.
