Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card and then added a blue and silver border all round the edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
