I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to an ivory mat, then on to a dark red card. Layered. Added a bow tied from lace and organza and topped with a glitter dot.

I printed this cute image onto decoupage paper,mounted it to some gold embossed card,cutting around to leave some gold showing,then mounted the image to an 8x8 scalloped edge card,i finish adding three pink hearts add two pearls to the text.
Printed on matte photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using light foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card.
