Printed sheets onto Matt white card stock , cut all elements and insert out. Applied base card with glue to blank white card. Added decoupage with foam pads. Applied sentiment and insert which I stamped with verse.

This is a great card for gym fanatics card lots of decoupage I only did 3 layers.
