I printed the card front and decoupage items onto gloss photo paper. Matted the card front onto some cardstock (after cutting off a square from one corner.) then matted to my base card (tent folded).
I tied string around my card front and applied the decoupage items with 1 mm foams and added the red heart from the insert sheet.
