This is a 4 sheet mini kit that comes with a card front , insert, 2 small tags, assorted labels , a topper and decoupage . Labels read:

and one is blank
Card Front reads: World's Greatest dad

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then placed my chosen sentiment onto the card. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
