Mythical Phoenix Woven Corner Card Mini KitCompleted by RandMCards

Copied the phoenix onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper, cut out all the elements. Layered the base sheet onto black cardstock, leaving a thin border, and then onto an orange cardstock and finally onto a 6x6 black card, again leaving a small border to give it some dimension and 'pop'.

Using 3dimensional tape I layered the woven strips and then layered the oval phoenix, again using dimensional tape. I placed the 3 round 'gems' on the left hand strip and enhanced them with yellow stickles and used clear star pen to further highlight them.

I then used the same yellow stickles for the EYE of the phoenix and the bits of yellow in the fire that surrounds his legs.

I then put 3 yellow stickle dots in the upper right corner to balance it off. Lovely sheet that makes a very manly birthday card
