This was printed onto decoupage paper and assebled onto card stock. Irridescent rhinestones were added and dimensional paint. Two small pictures that were supplied and a sentiment were attached with foam pads.

The design was made opaque and reprinted to form an insert to the card, along with an overlayed verse.
