I printed the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 300gsm card and cut these out. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the front of the romper to the back using strong double sided tape. I attached the dummy using some ribbon from my craft box. I added some pink heart flat backed pearls to the romper to complete this gorgeous design.
