I printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and quick dry glue to adhere the front and back of the card. I put quite a bit of crystal effects on the buttons to give them a clear dome appearance.
This was an easy to cut and assemble stand alone card. It is simply adorable.
