Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Scored and folded the back piece about two inches from the top, then attached front and back pieces together using double sided sticky tape on the top of the scored area.

Attached 3d piece using foam pads.

Beautiful a great keepsake for the new little one!!!
