I printed the base card and insert onto 100gsm bright white paper and the decoupach elements onto photo matt paper.

I mounted the base image onto a pre folded white scalloped edge card blank, using double sided tape. I used DST to stick the insert inside the card.

I cut out the decoupach elements and attached them to the base card using sticky foam pads. A really fun cute card that can be made with or without the decoupach. There are not many humorous New Baby cards so this is a great addition.
