First of all, this cute image really drew me in when i saw it and i just knew it would be fun to put it together.

I copied the images onto quality photo paper and cut out all the images and chose the greeting i wanted from the selection.

Next i scored the lines on the base of the card, then I edged all the cut outs to blend the edges and give it a more finished look.

I used a clear star pen to give some dimension and sparkle to the frill and the accent lines on the li'l gals pillow.

I used a flower shaping tool to mold the flowers to give them depth.

I then began to start layering onto the base using 3M 3d tape and used silicone to layer the flowers, this gives them a more true dimension.

Then i folded the card on the scored lines and used my ATG to seal up the final strip, and THERE IT WAS, a beautiful Congratulations card for the new couple and their precious bundle of love.
