I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added two sentiment tags with ribbon loops attached, and finished with hearts punched from the leftover tags. The most adorable design to welcome a new baby boy.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of pale blue textured card and then onto my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
