I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I decided to make the topper into an easel card...I covered the base of the easel card with gingham paper and attached the topper using DST...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and used the small plaque as a stopper...to finish the card I added one of the sentiments and a bow...a beautiful design.
