I printed on to 160gsm for the envelope, insert and main topper. I printed on to 250gsm for the layers.

I made a 6" card blank and stuck the main topper to the front of the card blank with wet glue. I cut out the insert and stuck it inside ghe card with double sided tape. I cut out the layers and stuck on the with foam pads. The envelope was scored and put together with wet glue.
