I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Heart border and waved it all around and added matching Pearls. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. A quick and easy Stunning, Cute, Lovely design filled with LOVE!
