I printed the design on quality cardstock, used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card topper to a blank, scalloped, white card.
The butterfly's wings were painted with shimmer and a few tiny, pink, ribbon, bows were adhered with glue dots.
This is a lovely baby card that can be used for an announcement as well as for all the occasions of gift giving for a new baby.
The blank tag provided allows you to personalize the card the way you wish.
I printed out sheets on to matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pink satin bow to spine.
A beautiful design.
