It's a Boy 2 Decoupage Mini Kit

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card and inserted the insert using dst.

This is a gorgeous design.

I printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an 8x8 card then decoupaged up the card front.
