Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the Images, I stuck the Topper to an Ivory Matte. Then using DST I attached the Topper to a white Scalloped edge card. I then stuck insert inside the card using DST.

Using foam pads I built up the Pyramid part of design, and to attach decoupage. I stuck Pink Gems on Top corner and in the middle of the Bow. This design has the WOW factor very easy to make up.
