I punched the corners before mounting onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card. I decoupaged with sticky pads and added 2 of the sentiments. I added a blue felt teddy peeping from the pram and added blue checked card candy to the pram wheels and also to each corner.
I added a tiny pearl and finished off by tying some white tassels down the spine, fastened together with a silver bead
