I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with gold card and I punched the corners...I then mounted it onto a cream base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little bow to the dress this is a gorgeous design.
