I printed this onto 250 gsm digital paper and mounted it onto a bright pink card.

I did not want this to sit too proud so I glued the layers on top of each other but used foam dots for the bow at the storks beak to sit it just a little higher.

I punched a hole through one of the flowers and threaded ribbon to hand a small foot charm. I hid the ribbon bow with a pearl embellishment.
