A mini kit to make a special card for new baby twins. Includes main topper, decoupage layers, extra embellishments and a choice of sentiments.

I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square white card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with clear glaze to flower centres and a pearl to the star.
A lovely, cute design.
