This is such a cute card design.

I cut a card blank from 350 gsm card and attached the main image using double sided sticky tape. After fussy cutting the decoupage layers I added them using 2mm foam tape which added a nice amount of dimension but still allows for the card to fit into an envelope for posting. When I added the bow I used 3d glue gel and attached in the centre, this means the bow can lie flat for posting and then be bent upwards prior to display.

I ised glossy accents to highlight the bears nose and eyes and also on the buttons.

The card comes with a choice of several lovely baby girl sentiments, I chose Welcome Little One for this card.
