I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. I cut, scored and folded the base rocker, I attached the first layer onto the rocker, decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added the booties and sentiment and finished the decoupage.

I printed the sheets onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I scored and folded the rocker base and attached the images with DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect. Love love love this design - gorgeous!
