I just love this image of mum and baby. I printed off the sheets onto 160gsm card in a smaller size so I could make a book idea but as an easel card. My base layer was white, bronze textured card, pink and white to make the pages. The photos were backed onto the textured bronze card and fixed with foam pads. The stopper element is 3 layers of corresponding card with a pink gem butterfly and fabric flowers which I coloured in using sharpies on the ends. This was also attached using foam pads. All of the decoupage elements were layered using foam pads.

To embellish I used my own stash of plastic baby items so I glued the rattle to the page and hung the dummy on invisible thread. The card was finished off with white bows in the top corners and a "its a girl" ribbon bow and tail down the middle of the book. The whole 'book' part folds down flat for posting.
