Used an 8" white square card. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday banner to create a raised effect.
Glued 4mm yellow/gold pearls on the banner and 6mm navy pearls in opposite corners. Attached 3mm gemstones & pearls to the glass.
Attached the matching insert inside the card with ds tape.
