Your Special Day - 4
A kit making an 8x8 top fold card. The kit includes the card front, matching card back and decoupage layers and elements to complete the front.
The layers on the card front all have the background intact to preserve the 3d effect. The central panel is also supplied without the wording so yo9u can change it to anything you like using a peel off or similar. If you ant to reproduce the script using the same as that in the kit, I used Brush Script MT with a smooth inner bevel of 30,

I then cut around the edges of the card to make the blank the same shape as the topper. I left approximately a 2" piece uncut on the left side of the fold so as to leave a hinge area. Next came layering all the decoupage elements . There was a blank decoupage piece that I kept back and placed it inside the card and I added a sentiment across it. The last piece of the kit I glued to the back of the card. I used foam pads for all the decoupage elements. To finish the card I added the 2 pear shaped pieces as shown and place a large clear gem in the center of each. The small decorative corners each had the shape popped onto foam squares. The final touch was to ad small and medium pearls on the 2 fans and the pearl ropes in the 4 corners. This card was fun to make and very straightforward to complete.){kind=link}
