I glued the topper to an 8x8 white card blank and then trimmed around the card, leaving a narrow fold on left uncut.

I added the decoupage elements with foam squares. I added small pearls and clear gems for some sparkle and interest.

I chose not to use the gem and pearl decoupage elements. The inside of the card is blank. I glued the back topper and placed the small element with the house and flourishes in the center. I added Nuvo drops to each corner.
