I cut out the pieces and then glued them onto a 6" x 6" white square card with Collall tacky glue.

I cut away the excess to create the shoe design.

Added 3D squares under the lilies and lipstick to create a raised effect.

Glued 3mm ivory & pink pearls on the shoe tops. Added 3mm blue/pink pearls on the design

Attached a metal rose charm from Printable Heaven on the lipstick with Collall tacky glue

Created the matching envelope with Collall tacky glue
