I printed with on 190 matt photo paper and glued the back part to card to give it strength cut it all out and decoupaged with 3mm foam tabs added a couple of blue glittered butterflies a blue gem to the bow and little blue crystal gems around the sentiment anon the baby's pants also gold glitter to the centre of the flowers and blue glitter to the other flowers
