I printed the rocker base and the card topper on 300gsm card and the layer sheet on 115gsm paper.

I cut out all the elements. I folded the base card as instructed and placed the card topper onto it using DST.

I placed the second card topper onto it using DS Foam Tape and I layered the decoupage using DS Foam Pads
