Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DST to join card base and silicone for the decoupage.
i printed this on 190 matt photo paper then glued it to card to strengthen it decoupaged with silicone glue added crystal glitter in the lights and a couple of red gems on either side of the sentiment
