Stepped Rocker Card - a Walk in the ParkCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed onto matte card then cut, scored & folded the base card. I attached the topper using wet glue then left to dry. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
