Using a blank 8x8 card base I layered a backing paper which I cut into waves. After printing the image on 120gsm card I cut out all the elements, and DST the main image on top of the wave backing paper.
I decoupaged the divers with foam pads before layering a square of acetate and securing over the back with foiled ribbon.
The corners were secure with glue dots and also up the side to represent bubbles. I then glued on the fish and turtle onto the acetate. To finish off I added the sentiment provided and another piece of foiled ribbon at the bottom.
