I printed the design onto crafty bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image using cup537958_1443 backing paper and mounted it onto a white scalloped card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...this is a beautiful design suitable for various ocassions.
